Located in the center of Obernai , close to Etoile square ( 2
minutes walk ) and Municipality square ( 4 minutes walk ) , in
a calm neighborhoad but well served ( in the immediate
vicinity there are ; restaurants , pizzeria, tobacconists , bakeries
, grocery store , bicycle rental and more ) .
Zella Haus is a old Alsatian house bild in the 1671 century
which will be restored as soon as possible to bring it back to its
ancient appearance with exposed wood beams .
Currently, only the ground floor is habitable and therefore
suitable for tourist rental.
The apartement has a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed , a
well-equipped open kitchen , a master bedroom with en-suite
bathroom ( shower , sink , suspended WC and Bidet ) and a
bed of 160 cm , a second double bedroom with a bed of 140
cm , in the corridor there is another complete bathroom with
shower and bathtub, the toilet is in a separate room as it use in
France .
The external appearance of the house is not attractive , but
don’t stop at appearances and enter because the apartement is
welcoming and comfortable.

The kitchen has a double sink , a dishwasher , a 4-burner
induction hob, a traditional oven , a microwave , a fridge with
icebox , an electric plate for tosting and grilling , an Nespresso
machine of the latest generation for making coffee and
cappuccino , an electric citrus juicer, a small Easy soup
appliance that will allow you to make an excellent vegetables
soup with fresh seasonal vegetables in just a few minutes and
also stove and specific pans for preparing Bourguignonne,
Chinoise and Savoyarde fondue .

You will also find :
Plates , curtlery , pots, glasses and various accessories need for
cooking .
To allow you to prepare meals , we have equipped the kitchen
with :
Organic olive Oil , red wine vinegar , apple cider vinegar ,
Modena balsamic vinegar , Noirmoutier fine and coarse salt ,
Himalayan pink salt , black pepper , chilli oil , an assortement
of spices , toothpecks , white sugar , brown and low-calorie
sugar , Nespresso coffee capsules ( Arpegio in purple capsule
and Voluto in gold capsule for the decaffeinated ) , Tea bags of
various flavors .
Detergents for dishwashers and washing machines are at your
disposal as well as :
- sponges , waste bags ( paper for kitchen waste, plastic for
household waste and yellow bags for plastic, paper, cardboard
and aluminum ) , liquid hand soap , kitchen paper , various
cleaning detergents .
You will also find . Tablecloths , napkins, tea towels and
kitchen towels.
In the bathrooms for your comfort , the following are available :
Shower gel , shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap , ( all products
are from the prestigious Ortigia Brand ) , mini travel toothpaste,
mouthwash , make-up remouver pads , deodorant , paper tissues ,
liquid soap for intimate higiene , toilet paper rolls set of towels ( face ,
shower , bidet ) , shower mat , hairdryer and hair straightener.
Upon your arrival , the bedrooms will be ready to welcom you .
Bed linen , duvet cover , duvet , bedspread and pillows are provided.
Zella Haus has a fiber internet connection via Wi-Fi , an LCD TV , a
washer/dryer , an iron and ironing board , a Dyson vacumm cleaner
and about 20 metres away , there is a private covered car park.

The rental price includes all the services listed above as well as
cleaning of the apartement on the day of departure .
If you wish . It will be possible to book a daily cleaning service before
your arrival at an hourly cost of Euro 20,- wich must be paid in cash
before departure.
Your four-legged Friend ( dog and cat ) will be welcome at Zella
Haus at the cost of Euro 15,- per night.
